The 2018 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships kicks off on October 25th running through to November 3rd in Doha, Qatar. This is the first time that the WCh’s will be held in the Middle East. We have all the info you need for your gymnasts to watch and learn from their idols over the midterm break!

- Men’s Floor, Pommel Horse & Rings final (top 8 gymnasts from apparatus qualification – 2 per country rule applies)
- Women’s Vault & Uneven Bars final (top 8 gymnasts from apparatus qualification – 2 per country rule applies)
Saturday 3rd November
- Men’s Parallel Bars, Vault & High Bar final (top 8 gymnasts from apparatus qualification – 2 per country rule applies)
- Women’s Floor & Beam final (top 8 gymnasts from apparatus qualification – 2 per country rule applies)
Who will represent Ireland?
Ireland will be represented by both female and male gymnasts at this senior Championships. 20 year old Canadian born Meaghan Smith will be the only female gymnast competing. On the Men’s side Andrew Smith will compete in his 5th World Championships, Adam Steele in his first and on his second WCh’s outing European Pommel Horse Champion Rhys McClenaghan will be looking to qualify to the Pommel Horse final with views to winning the World title. Keep your eyes peeled for this one! Best of luck to the Irish delegation.
