On Wednesday 26th and Friday 28th August we will be hosting a Parent and Child drop in session.
The session is a time where Parent and Child can come and explore the gym in a coach guided setting. It is also an ideal time for those who will be beginning gymnastics in Term 1 starting in September, to get used to their new surroundings or for those who are unsure if their child would be interested in gymnastics to try it out.
When: Wednesday 26th August / Friday 28th August
Time: 2.30 – 3.30pm (Wednesday) / 1.30 – 2.30pm (Friday)
Cost: €5 per child attending (no need to book in advance)
Age: from those crawling to those walking and climbing
Our normal school year Parent and Child drop in sessions resume on Wednesday September 2nd at 1 – 1.55pm. This is a non-structured class (guided by a coach) and a great opportunity for parents and their children to make new friends, and also for parents to help encourage babies and toddlers to develop their motor skills, confidence and independence through free-play using our state of the art apparatus and equipment. It also encourages the use of muscles required for physical play, therefore preparing the framework for sport in later life. No booking necessary. Note that classes do not take place during school midterm breaks.
**Please note**
Parking is limited in the business park, each unit has been assigned spaces for their customers and clients. Those attending this class may only park in spaces designated to Sugarloaf Gymnastics, which are clearly marked with signage. Do not park in the spaces assigned to our neighbouring units.
